Refund and Cancellation Policy
We offer a refund within the first 30 days of your purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.
Partial refunds are granted within 7 days after your treatment if any treatment given is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
In case of a cancellation, we will charge a cancellation fee. Please note: If you have booked a flight ticket and/or a hotel room, their cancellation terms will apply in addition.
You may request to cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before the date and time of the event. Cancellation requests made within 24 hours of the appointment date and time may not receive a refund or a transfer. When you book an appointment, you agree to these terms.
